Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unused laces in their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
